If your order has entered production (usually after 24 hours), it becomes custom work. In this case, a 30% production fee will be deducted from your refund to cover factory costs, materials, and labor.

🚚 Already Shipped – No Cancellation

Once the doll has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. The product is already en route and considered fulfilled.

🔄 Return Policy – What’s Eligible?
